A collection of 12 linen backed maps compiled by Major R.J. Kirton of the Royal Artillery.
Unfortunately none of the maps are dated therefore it is difficult to be specific about when it might have been compiled.
To give you an idea of scale the folder measures approx. 39.5 x 20 cm.
Condition: the cover does have wear and tear, internally the maps do have foxing spots, more visible on the backing than the maps themselves. Some wear along the creases as expected with an item of this nature and age.
